Strategy and RWE

HTAnalyze develops Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies, clinical research planning, and structured consensus methods to reduce uncertainties and strengthen the identification and demonstration of the value of health technologies. We develop observational and randomized study protocols, define data collection and database usage strategies, and conduct expert panels, such as Delphi panels and Advisory Boards, to validate assumptions, qualify parameters, and support decisions in Brazil and multiple jurisdictions.

RWE with Primary Data and Secondary Databases

We structure RWE projects to generate local evidence applicable to healthcare and market access decisions, including epidemiology, treatment patterns, outcomes, costs, and resource utilization. These analyses are integrated with evidence strategy, economic modelling, and regulatory or reimbursement submissions.

Delphi Panel

We organize Delphi studies with experts to standardize practices, validate critical parameters, and document technical consensus with methodological traceability. Ideal for supporting regulatory submissions, HTA, and local clinical practice evidence.

Protocols and Methodological Planning of Studies

We develop comprehensive protocols for randomized, observational, and registry studies, aligned with best practices and the requirements of ethics committees. This includes a statistical analysis plan and operational and data collection strategies.

Advisory Board

We structure expert meetings focused on practical decision points, including patient journey, therapeutic positioning, eligibility criteria, care pathways, and barriers to access. Findings are consolidated in an executive report with implications for market access strategy, RWE (Real-World Evidence), and economic modelling.
