On June 26th and 27th, part of the HTAnalyze remote team put their screens aside for two days to meet in person and transform remote conversations into real, face-to-face technical discussions.

The meeting was intense: we covered key themes in the health economy, reviewed internal processes, and unlocked decisions on innovation projects that had been developing for weeks. It's the kind of conversation that gains depth when it moves from the screen to a whiteboard, coffee break, and live discussion.

One of the richest moments was the debate surrounding a new template for economic evaluations, developed in partnership with Georgina Cotterill of Costello Medical . More than just an internal tool, it reflects how we think about methodological rigor: built collaboratively, with an international technical perspective and a focus on real-world applicability for those who work with HTA on a daily basis.

Present were André Azeredo , Bruna Stella Zanotto, MSc in Epidemiology , Felipe Mainka , among other team members—people who experience health economics not only as a technique, but as a way to generate real impact on decisions that affect patients and health systems.

Being a remote team means choosing the moments when being together makes all the difference. This was one of them!
